Once your order has been handed over to USPS, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. While we carefully package and ship each order, Matsukoi is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages
• Transit delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Damaged items after they have been accepted by the carrier

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Contact USPS directly for assistance or reach out to us in instagram or email.

2. We are happy to provide tracking information and assist where possible, but the final responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-4 business days before shipping
• Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For orders over $170 shipping is free.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
